“Luxury Boats Positano” at Milano Bit with Matteo and Lucia Lucibello

The 40th edition of the International Tourism Exchange (BIT) opened on Sunday and will run until Tuesday 11th February in Milan. This edition starts with the positive data of the sector – according to all operators, there’s an “unstoppable growth for world tourism”, which at the beginning of 2020, however, has to deal with the health emergency caused by the virus.

Thousands of visitors crowd into the stands at Fiera Milano City. There’s plenty of offers – over 1,100 exhibitors from all over the world, including those countries which had never been here before, such as the Indian state of Kerala, Ukraine, Morocco and Tunisia (China has not participated, but it hasn’t been here for 2 years).

Italy comes with almost all its regions. Thematic conferences will be organised in Campania’s stand to illustrate the main cultural proposals which, says the Tourism Councillor Corrado Matera, “will make the environmental and artistic heritage of the area even more special, as well as refined tastings thanks to which the flavours of Campania’s provinces can be experienced”. From the Amalfi Coast there is Luxury Boats Positano with Matteo and Lucia Lucibello.

“The public and private sector are working together to carry out effective marketing actions aimed at consolidating and growing the objectives of both the domestic and international market”, said the Councillor.
